StoryForge is a storybook app for children aged 5 to 8, published by DigitalForge, which a parent or guardian sets up and uses on their child’s behalf.

To help us answer quickly, include the email address on your account, which device you are using (iPhone, iPad or Android), and what happened.

Report a problem with a story

Stories are written by automated software rather than by a person, so a story can come out wrong, upsetting or simply not what you expected. If that happens, or if anything in a story seems unsafe, email [email protected] and tell us which story it was and what was wrong with it. A person reads every one of these.

Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes every drawing, illustration, narration recording, story and child profile, along with the account itself. There is no recovery afterwards.

  1. Open the Parent Zone.
  2. Enter your PIN.
  3. Go to Privacy & Data.
  4. Choose Delete account.

Withdraw consent

Withdrawing consent stops the app sending anything new to the services that make stories: no new stories can be made until you consent again. It does not delete the stories you already have — use Delete account for that.

  1. Open the Parent Zone.
  2. Enter your PIN.
  3. Go to Privacy & Data.
  4. Choose Withdraw consent.

Subscriptions and billing

StoryForge Premium is bought, managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules.
